The Heart of Our Ecclesiastical Mission

The Central Administration of the Holy Metropolis of Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean Islands is entrusted with the task of supporting the spiritual, pastoral, and administrative life of the Church. At its center is His Eminence Metropolitan Iakovos, whose vision and leadership guide the mission of the Metropolis across many countries and cultures.

Working closely with the Metropolitan is the Metropolitan Council, a body of clergy and lay leaders who provide counsel and collaborate on matters of governance, finance, and ministry. The Council’s work is further carried out through various committees dedicated to specific areas of service, ensuring the smooth operation and continued growth of the Church.
